Dietetics isn’t just about losing weight, I can assist you to overcome your barriers with food to help you towards your goals.

  • Specialising in assisting neurodivergent children, teens and adults understand and manage their food struggles:

    • Eating differences including Paediatric Feeding Disorders and ARFID

    • Differences in interoception and the impact on food quantity consumed and bowel habits

    • Food chemical sensitivities

    • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

    • Nutritional deficiencies

    • Differences in executive function

  • I can also provide dietetic therapy to those with conditions including:

    • Coeliac Disease and other bowel conditions

    • Multiple Sclerosis

    • Diabetes

    • Heart Disease/ High cholesterol

    • Malnutrition

    • Fertility, Pregnancy and Postpartum Nutrition

  • Strategies to increase your capacity to consume a more nourishing diet:

    • Neuroaffirming Feeding Therapy

    • Food play

    • Meal planning and meal plans

    • Cooking skill developing

    • Food safety

    • Food shopping

    • Label reading

    • Choosing healthier convenience/fast food options

    • Creating a positive eating environment

    • How to introduce new foods

    • Education for yourself, carers, support staff and/or family.

    • Provision of oral nutrition support when diet is not enough

    • Enteral feeding regimes and tube transitioning

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

$193.99/hr as per the NDIS price guide.

Dietetic services can be funded under Capacity Building Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living depending on your NDIS goals and funding allocation.

I am currently able to provide services for Plan Managed and Self Managed participants.

Initial Consultation (60 -90 minutes): $160
Review Consultations (30 minutes): $80
Report (2 hours): $320

Medicare/Private Health

Rebates:
Medicare: $60.35 (EPC Care Plan required from your GP)
Private Health: Check with your provider for rebate and eligibility
